All consideration will be given to returning exhibitor to be placed at the same location as previous events. First year exhibitors will be assigned by location by Event Director based on availability. Booth placement is ultimately at the discretion of EWA and will be final.
EWA must approve all donations in lieu of booth fee 2 weeks in advance of the event. Should donation not be equal or above booth fee Exhibitor is responsible for the balance of the booth fee. This option exists for a limited number of exhibitors.
